Philosophy: I believe that healthcare should not be simply transactional. I always aim to provide quality service and get to know my patients and their families on a personal level. People are much more than their diagnoses, and it's important to always remember that. My goal is to ensure that patients and their families always feel welcome and have an enjoyable experience.
Bio: I decided to pursue a career in orthotics and prosthetics late in my undergraduate studies. Despite being around orthotics my entire life due to my mother's personal need for them, I had never realized it could be a career. It all came together when I was watching a show on the history of prosthetics with my parents. Here was a profession that would not only satisfy my desire to be in healthcare but to also allow me to enjoy working with my hands. Since then, I have focused my training and positions on pediatrics. I love the candor and overall joy that children express and am grateful to be a part of their lives.
